fresh pineapple

There is nothing like fresh pineapple... the juicy, sticky, sweet fruit is just wonderful when it has been just cut and is bursting with flavor. I usually get canned pineapple, although having tasted fresh pineapple recently I don't know why I bother! So I bought a pineapple at the store and cut it up! A rather time-consuming task, but well worth it, I think :) Yum!
