Morning trip to the pumpkins

We went to the local orchard and took some great photographs of "the kids" with the pumpkins (of course there are some not-so-great-photos too). They had a great time, especially more toward noon when it became warmer and the big bulky jackets they aren't yet used to wearing could come off. The photos weren't as good by that time of day, but we had a good time playing and setting the scene and they did fairly well.

Billy finally got to see a school bus close-up... he gets to see and hear them from our dining room window, but that's looking down to the street, a good 30 feet or so...

[Again, these are Emily's photos; I took photographs on my non-digital SLR camera. The film is developed, but I can't share them with you as easily...]
