power washing

De and I made a list of things that need to be done around the house, maintenance and otherwise. Power washing the tired-looking sidewalk steps and deck were first on my list of tasks as they would have a more obvious impact, in terms of curb-appeal.

During the beautifully, warm days we had in the last week or two I spent one afternoon and the following morning power washing our front sidewalk, balcony, deck and patio with a borrowed power washer. It was amazing to see the difference in the surfaces before and after. Here is a before and during photo. I'll take after shots this week and add them to this post...
