To start with, Billy seems to be happy and comfortable in our new place. We've purchased a space heater for his room so that he can sleep comfortably, and he sleeps all night as he did in the condo.
I installed a dimmer switch in the kitchen so that I'm not blinded in the evening when I make De's lunch (which I need to go do now...). 
William and I survived thatordeal (I was running up and down the stairs a million times to find the correct breaker for the kitchen lights) and he played happily. 
It was during this time that he started to scatter his toys while playing. He'd then get frustrated that he didn't have any to play with, but really liked the noise they made in bouncing and rolling away...
