Six Flags

Today we went to Six Flags and enjoyed a gorgeous day, weather-wise. We arrived after lunch, and our first ride was a wet one. We were surprised to see the Firestone family there as well; Debbie was a coworker at Wheaton Woods, and was also there using her free Teacher Ticket because of a reading-initiative program at our school this year.

The rest of the day was fun, but a little cool, since it was only in the 70s today and our first ride soaked us!

We played some games and won a few fun toys. We ended up having the most fun hitting each other with inflatable bats, with Superman and Spiderman on them. Not sure what we will use them for now...



This was the first ride we went on, and got completely soaked. It was fun, but a strange start to our day at Six Flags. 


What a colorful sky! We watched this ride--we weren't about to go on it :)
